Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Senate Bill No. 61 -- to amend and reenact §62-1D-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to including the crime of extortion to the list of crimes for which a prosecutor may apply for a court order authorizing interception of communications.
